These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AION Core Systems platform ("Platform", "Service"), operated by AIONCORESYSTEMS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17141664), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("Company", "we", "us").

AION Core Systems is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides autonomous AI-powered software development capabilities. The Platform allows users to:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at info@aioncoresystems.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
The Platform operates on a Pay-As-You-Go credit system. Credits are consumed when your AI agents process tasks. The credit cost of each request depends on the AI models used by the agents in your team configuration.
Credits can be purchased through our payment provider, Stripe. The minimum top-up amount is €10.00. All prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
New registered users receive a one-time allocation of 5 free credits. Free credits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
If enabled, the Auto-Recharge feature will automatically top up your credit balance when it falls below a threshold you configure. You can enable, disable, or modify Auto-Recharge settings at any time from your Account page.
Purchased credits are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error or a task consumed credits due to a platform malfunction, please contact us at info@aioncoresystems.com within 14 days. We will review such claims on a case-by-case basis.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms without prior notice.
You retain all rights to the code, content, and project files you create using the Platform. AION Core Systems does not claim ownership over any output generated through your use of the Service.
The Platform, including its design, architecture, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of AIONCORESYSTEMS LTD and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform itself.
Code and content generated by AI agents on the Platform are provided "as is". While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee that AI-generated output will be:
You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all AI-generated output before deploying it to production environments.
We aim to provide high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@aioncoresystems.com. Unused credits at the time of account closure are non-refundable.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or if we are required to do so by law. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
